Implementation

It takes only a few days to implement Expense On Demand, usually spread over a six week period to accommodate data gathering, system configuration, testing and a live payment run. During this period, configuration settings are tested and adjusted if required. Once the system is proven, it can be quickly rolled out across the organisation.

Training

Formal training is provided for System Administrators within the implementation plan.

New users find Expense On Demand to be very intuitive and formal training is not necessary for claimants. All of the reference and training materials for Expense On Demand are available online within the application.
