Simple platform

Expense On Demand is a web based system delivered via the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) business model. The software is accessed via a web browser. Servers are hosted in the UK by one of the world’s leading infrastructure organisations. There is no client software required at the desktop or on the user’s network which means new users can be activated very quickly and easily.

Absolute security

The Expense On Demand platform is totally secure. All of our data centres carry ISO27001 accreditation and are regularly audited by an independent authority .  All saved data is encrypted at source using AES 256 bit encryption and managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

100% availability

The entire Expense On Demand infrastructure is duplicated, and equipped with automatic failover technology, to ensure that the service is always available.  Data is replicated across the two server groups and an additional, independent backup routine creates daily data backups. A separate DR site provides full disaster recovery capability.

Advanced architecture

Expense On Demand utilises the latest Microsoft .NET technology together with SQL database management. This architecture provides a rapid development platform for the software application with the inherent capability to integrate with other technologies including mobile devices.
