Expense On Demand incorporates a sophisticated validation service to check claimed mileages.

Distances between addresses are calculated and displayed in the claim form in real time. If a detour is necessary, the given mileage can be overwritten but an explanation must then be provided.

Typically, this feature has the effect of reducing claimed mileage by 15% to 18% p.a. resulting in significant cash savings.

Carbon tracking

Not only determine the mileage of your trip, you can also measure, manage and track the carbon footprint of each vehicle.

The carbon footprint of each vehicle can be monitored and compared against a target benchmark level. Poor performers are displayed in red, environmentally friendly vehicles in green.
