Approval hierarchy for each cost centre is determined by approval limits of approvers.

Sophisticated rules to setup Approvers, Finance Approvers or counter approvers at unit level or across units/locations.

Expenses meeting certain criteria are automatically approved, thus requiring no additional approval from the manager or finance.

Approvers with different limits can be assigned to different claim types or category types.

Vehicle management

Closed loop vehicle management to ensure that claimants apply correct rates to their vehicle when re-charging mileage.  Any changes can be monitored by both the approver and the administrator and cannot be activated without approval from both parties.  This ensures integrity of the rate charged, with a full audit trail.

  1. ExpenseOnDemand is fully supported via e-mail or a helpdesk available from 9.00am to 5.00pm each normal working day (UK public holidays excluded). Upgrades and support are included within the per person fee payable to use ExpenseOnDemand and on-going maintenance is also provided.
