Since its setup in 2003, Expense On Demand (EOD) is being used by several thousand users across the world in many countries, but in the main in the UK, US, India, Singapore, Australia, China, Malaysia, South Africa, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka and several EU countries.

EOD is privately owned and has between 100 and 120 associates/employees spread globally.

Although EOD has its headquarters in the UK, it has representative, support and technology development centres in US, India and Australia, and is currently in the process of opening an office in Singapore.

EOD is hosted worldwide at Rackspace (www.rackspace.com) and available via the internet browser, PDA or Smartphone 24x7, 365 days a year.

Apart from making EOD fully featured for Expenses and Time, we have spent significant effort to make EOD country/tax regime compliant. We have also invested extensive time, over the years, to make it "culturally compliant" with customs and practices of countries where it is used. As a result, we understand what is important for the customer in the UK vis a vis in India or China or Singapore.

We take great pride in presenting EOD as a sophisticated tool, which is fully configurable and has the ability to meet the requirements of a 10-man company, as well as those of a 10,000 people organisation. Implementation is easy and quick, and unlike various other expense applications, not length and costly. With the exception of a few implementations, an experienced team can also implement EOD remotely. Our skills lie in making the whole process simple and easy, where we have reduced training time for a claimant to a few minutes, by runing an online video and learning to enter and / or approve expenses.

Where several customers make the same or similar suggestion, we make it a part of our development road map and monthly release programme. The software is upgraded at no cost to our customers.
